Lipodispersed food colouring can be used in all the fat masses as chocolate, cocoa butter, short pastry, marzipan, sugar paste. Contents: 5 gr Color: Orange INSTRUCTIONS: This powder is not water-soluble therefore it can be mixed with other fats like butter or margarine, and then it can be poured in the dough ti be colored. When udes for coloring the chocolate, it can be poured direcly into the melted chocolate. It is possibile to colour by using a brush if dissolved in alcohol.
